2.1 Registration Process

• Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your correct name, address, phone number, and email at the time of registration.

2.2 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential.

• The account holder bears full responsibility for all activity carried out through the account.

3.1 Age Verification

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).
• Deposited funds are added to the account after proper verification.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed in 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• To receive the maximum bonus, deposit ৳14,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.
• The welcome bonus can be received only once, per account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• To withdraw bonus funds, a 10x wagering requirement must be completed.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total deposit.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The wagering contribution may differ for certain games.

5.3 Abuse Prevention

• If abuse of bonus benefits is detected (for example, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts), the associated accounts will be closed.
• rk888 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless a technical error on the platform is identified.
• If a bet is affected by a technical error, all bets will be cancelled and the original funds will be returned.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Using counter systems or bots to place bets is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Special Rules for Sports Betting

• The outcome of all bets will be determined based on official results.
• If a result changes due to a change in competition rules, rk888 reserves the right to apply the revised result.

• Artificially transferring funds between accounts.
• Managing bets through software or automated systems.
• Arbitrage betting through multiple accounts.

7.1 Closure at User Request

You may request to close your account at any time. In this case, the available balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) may be withdrawn. Send your account closure request to [email protected].

7.2 Closure or Suspension by rk888

• In the event of any breach of these terms, rk888 may suspend or close an account without prior notice.
• If fraudulent activity is identified, all funds in the account may be forfeited.
